Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Return

Contact us at marjiehomefinds@gmail.com to request a return. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at marjiehomefinds@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

• Custom or personalized products

• Personal care items (beauty, hygiene)

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

• Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

European Union Customers

If your order ships to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in its original condition with tags and packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary. If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, contact us at marjiehomefinds@gmail.com.
